For almost 2 years I have hosted all my sites with avagoo.com, on my unlimited master re-seller account. Regular visitors to this site will have seen that it has been up and down for the last 10days, all due to the AWFUL hosting that avagoo.com have provided.
I won’t provide you with a direct link to the avagoo site, basically because you would be wasting your time!
The problems started when I could no longer upload any files to any of my sites. I checked the server status in my WHM and found that the main hard-drive was 99% full! I contacted avagoo and within 2 days they said they would fix the problem. They never did.
Then, all my sites started to run extremely slow…this time it was the CPU load. I emailed multiple times, no response at all. I called the PREMIUM rate phone number and was told that I was number 1 in the queue…I waited, and waited, and waited, for 40 minutes! They never answered.
Next, I noticed that ‘live support’ was online. Great I thought. NO! I opened a conversation window which stated that someone would accept the call in a few moments. I left the window open on my PC for two hours…no-one ever accepted the support chat.
Finally, I gave up. The entire server was down for another 4days….as soon as it came back up I grabbed all my files from all my sites and exported all the MySQL databases.
We are now back up! No thanks to avagoo.com!
I have moved hosting and have 100% faith that this site will now be up atleast 99% of the time!
