Step 1:

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 1200×400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with a black color. Now select the Brush Tool and set the brush to a 200 px soft brush. Then in a new layer brush a blue spot with #2A8EC6 color shade.

Step 2:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to your blue colored spot layer.

Result:

Step 3:

In a new layer draw a large white circle covering your blue spot design.

Step 4:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your white circle layer. Then set the layer’s blending mode to Darken.

Result:

Step 5:

Now add a marquee selection around your current concept design. Then go to Edit > Copy Merged and go back to Edit > Paste, a new layer with the circle design should appear on your canvas.

Step 6:

Resize the circle shape layer from step five to about 50%. Then erase the all of the outer parts of the circle design.

Step 7:

Take the bowl like design layer from step six and rotate it through Edit > Transform. Position it as shown below.

Step 8:

Now duplicate the bowl like shape design again and position it as shown below. We want that unique shape to form on the center of the circle so use the rotation setting to get the exact look. Then add a smaller bowl like shape between the two.

Step 9:

On the center of your concept logo add two smaller bowl design layer with a lower opacity level facing each other.

Step 10:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool and set the font family to Century Schoolbook, bold, 90 pt, smooth and #15567B color shade. In a new text layer type your website name next to the logo.

Step 11:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your text layer.

Result:

FINAL RESULTS:
